1. Scope
These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of the online training program "The CocoSpark Method" and its premium version "The CocoSpark Method – Lab" to professional clients worldwide. By clicking “Accept” during the purchase process, clients acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms. No claims can be made on the basis of ignorance or failure to read these conditions.
2. Products and Access
The CocoSpark Method provides immediate, year-round access to pre-recorded video content upon full payment.
The CocoSpark Method – Lab includes the same video content as well as live group sessions and one-on-one coaching. Access begins on a specific date communicated after registration.
The same conditions apply for any product available on the platform.
3. Payment Terms
Clients may pay in full via the website or by bank transfer (contact us to request an invoice).
Payment in two installments is available only via the automated platform.
Access is granted once the first (or full) payment is received.
4. Refund Policy
Due to the immediate and consumable nature of the digital content, refunds are not offered beyond 24 hours after purchase. Any exceptions must be based on accidental purchases reported within that 24-hour window.
5. Intellectual Property
All materials within The CocoSpark Method and The Lab (videos, documents, frameworks, templates, etc.) are protected by copyright and remain the exclusive property of MADDY INTERNATIONAL FZ-LLC.
Clients are granted a non-transferable, single-user license. Login sharing is strictly prohibited. Any detected misuse — including suspicious logins or excessive playback activity — may lead to access being revoked without refund.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all shared personal, business, and strategic information. Client data will never be sold, disclosed, or used outside the scope of the training.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
8. C-Suite Club – Specific Terms
Membership in the C-Suite Club requires a minimum initial commitment of three (3) months from the date of subscription.
After this initial period, the membership will automatically renew on a month-to-month basis.
Members may request to cancel their subscription at any time after the minimum period by providing written notice or using the designated member portal.
Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current month and no prorated refunds will be issued.
